With CECILIA FOGA we plan to create a menu that focuses on your skin´s health, our biggest and most protective organ. That one that receives touch, imprints memories and that one that either blurs or sets limits between oneself and others. We will nurish it from within.

What you know about my classes remains the same, but I add on more attention to details that might help you improve the practice and feel better. As the group will be limited to 10 people, there will be a more personalized approach to each of you.
