For the first part of the project I was assisted by Ariel Parra, sound artist/musician; and Rainer Gerlach, engineer/sound designer. We climbed Cerro Tronador and stayed at the Otto Meiling shelter for three days. The aim of this trip was to collect the sounds of the mountain and its glaciers. Diego Simari was our mountain guide.
After the descent, I stayed in Campo, arroyo del medio to continue the work. Campo is a Centre focused on learning from a transdisciplinary perspective, located on the outskirts of Bariloche. With Ariel, we worked on listening to and editing the sounds recorded, aiming to find a way of using them to create a sound piece related to ANÓN.

En esta primera parte del proyecto me apoyaron Ariel Parra, artista sonoro y músico; y Rainer Gerlach, ingeniero y diseñador de sonido. Ascendimos el Cerro Tronador y nos hospedamos durante tres días en el refugio Otto Meiling. El objetivo de esta travesía fue colectar sonidos del cerro y sus glaciares. Nos acompañó Diego Simari como guía de montaña.
Después del descenso, me quedé en Campo, arroyo del medio, para continuar con el trabajo. Campo es un centro enfocado en el aprendizaje desde una perspectiva transdisciplinaria, ubicado en las afueras de Bariloche. Con Ariel, trabajamos en la escucha y edición de los sonidos grabados, con el objetivo de encontrar una forma de utilizarlos para crear una pieza sonora relacionada con ANÓN.
The result is still in process and changing to face every new situation and condition. Ariel composed part of what became a research stage for the performance ANÓN, realized in the frame of LABOR, in Carinthia, Austria last August 2025.
ANÓN´s Sound Piece was selected to become part of In-Sonora 14, sound festival happening in Madrid in 2026.
El resultado aún está en proceso y cambiando para adaptarse a cada nueva situación. Ariel compuso parte de lo que se convirtió en una etapa de investigación para la performance ANÓN, realizada en el marco de LABOR, en Carintia, Austria, en agosto de 2025.
La pieza sonora de ANÓN fue seleccionada para formar parte de In-Sonora 14, festival de sonido que se celebrará en Madrid en 2026.
